CONSHOHOCKEN, PA–Keystone Property Group hasformed a partnership with the Borough of Conshohocken to redevelopthe former Verizon Building at 400 Fayette hereinto a modern office and retail facility that will house the newBorough Hall and police headquarters.

Environmental remediation and demolition work gets underway thisweek. The demolition will create new retail options along FayetteStreet in line with the Borough's downtown revitalization plan andspace for a state-of-the-art police station.

The redevelopment plan involves renovating the former Verizonbuilding to have a new facade, elevators, roof and buildingsystems. The building's lower level will be converted to tenantparking for 40 vehicles. The Borough hired contractorGeppert Bros., Inc. a women-operated business, tooversee remediation and demolition work.
