SEATTLE—Daly Partners LLC, an innovative realestate investment and development firm in Seattle, has opened'N' Habit Belltown, a 49-unitmodular apartment and retail building in downtownSeattle.

'N' Habit Belltown is downtown Seattle's first building tofeature next-generation modular construction and incudes studios,flats and unique two-story loft apartment homes with sweeping viewsof Elliott Bay. The apartments range in size from422-752 square-foot, with a majority of homes featured as flexible720 square-foot “flats.”

Conceptualized by the Daly Partners team, 'N' HabitBelltown's grand opening also launches the Abodian Wall, a newapproach to maximizing flexible living spaces. “TheWall” is a multi-functional, two-sided, seven-footinteractive partition with a put-away desk/table/counter andstorage on the kitchen side and a Murphy bed/closets and storage onthe opposite side. The Wall's design allows residents toreclaim space normally taken up by a bed and exercise creativity inhow to use the floor space throughout the day.
