Greenway-Hayden Loop, for $6.3 million ($131.43 per squarefoot). The seller was California-based Turner Real EstateInvestments.

Senior managing directors Bob Buckley,Tracy Cartledge and Steve Lindleywith Cassidy Turley's capital markets group andsenior vice president Michael Kitlica with CassidyTurley's office group brokered the transaction on behalf of thebuyer and the seller.
