EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ–Mostly, Cushman &Wakefield likes the way things are going so far this yearfor the New Jersey office market. In its report on the2nd quarter, it cites growing office demand amid anuptick in the overall economy.

Of course, there is always that vacancy problem.

“Large blocks of vacant space have continued to impact theoffice market, but our research indicates that as available spacehas dwindled, asking rents have held steady and new leasingactivity remains healthy,” said Kim Brennan, whois the East Rutherford-based firm's Market Leader.
