BETHESDA, MD—Washington Property Co. has broken ground on the latest apartment building slated for the DC area, as well as its latest branded Solaire. The $60 million luxury apartment building will deliver in 2016 with 139 luxury units and 6,400-square feet of ground-floor retail.

The building, located at 7100 Wisconsin Ave., is located next to the Bethesda Metro station and Purple Line light rail stations at the corner of Wisconsin and Woodmont avenues on the site of the former Eastham’s Exxon Servicenter.
