DALLAS–Sidley Austin has preleased 75,000square feet in the office building under construction at2021 McKinney Ave. in Uptown Dallas. The companywill occupy the top two floors in the 480,000-square-feetMcKinney & Olive property.
“The top floors at McKinney & Olive will arguably be themost attractive and unique address in Dallas,” says CraigWilson, executive managing director of Cassidy Turley. “Itis fitting that Sidley, one of the world's preeminent law firms,will call it their home in North Texas.”
Earlier in the year, Sidley Austin relocated to TrammellCrow Center. The new building, when complete, will allowthe law firm to support future operations in a new, long-termoffice. The lease terms of the deal were not disclosed.
