MIAMI—HFF is beefing up its commercialreal estate capital markets team. In addition to hiringseveral real estate analysts, the firm promoted MauriceHabif and Cyrus Vazifdar to associatedirectors in its investment sales group.

Habif will focus on multifamily capital marketstransactions across the southeastern United States. Vazifdar willhone in on hotel and lodging capital marketstransactions primarily in the southeastern United States.

“HFF has significantly grown its Miami office in the last year,increasing employee totals by 20% as a result of the continuedgrowth and success of the Miami office's capital markets business,”says Manny de Zárraga, an executive managingdirector and co-head of HFF's Miami office. Other recent additionsto the Florida team include real estate analysts TraceyGoo, JoJo Won, WyattKrapf, Maxx Carney, SimonBanke, and Marc Roth.
