WAYNE, PA—Liberty PropertyTrust says DrugDev, which manages theworld's largest scientist network and data sharing platform forclinical trials of pharmaceuticals, has signed a lease agreementfor 31,000 square feet of class A office space at 1170 Devon ParkDr. here.

The building, which will serve as the United States headquartersfor DrugDev, recently underwent a major renovation and is highlyvisible from Pennsylvania Route 202, near the interchange with theSchuylkill Expressway, US 422 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike.Liberty declined to disclose the dollar value or term of thelease.

“This area has seen a significant amount of public and privateinvestment recently, including road improvements, the recentlyopened Chester Valley Trail, the continued development of theVillage at Valley Forge and the construction and/or renovation ofseveral office buildings. That investment, combined with theformation of the King of Prussia Business Improvement District, hasmade this section of the 202 corridor very attractive to highprofile tenants like Drug Dev,” says BruceHartlein, vice president leasing and development, LibertyProperty Trust.
