BOSTON—Natixis Global Asset Management hassigned on to be the anchor tenant at BostonProperties' 888 Boylston St. office towerhere and will relocate its US corporate headquarters from 399Boylston St.

The asset management firm has signed a lease for approximately128,000 square feet of space in five stories of the 17-story,425,000-square-foot office building. Natixis will have an option toexpand to a sixth floor at the building. Build-out of its space isexpected to be completed in the fall of 2017. JohnBarry and Michael Joyce ofTranswestern|RBJ represented Natixis in thetransaction.
