DENVER—The Opus Group says it has completed thedevelopment phase of Verve, a 285-unit, luxuryhigh-rise apartment and retail development in downtownDenver developed in partnership withAmstar.

The 10-story, 428,000-square-foot luxuryapartment building, located in the heart of Denver's Lower Downtownneighborhood, celebrated its grand opening by welcoming its firstresidents on July 16. New residents findthemselves in the center of convenience. In addition to the4,000 square feet of ground-level retailspace, Verve offers close proximity to restaurants,retail, entertainment and other urban amenities synonymous with thepopular LoDo District and LoHineighborhoods.
