GlobeSt.com: What additional investments is yourfirm eyeing in Orange County, and what do they have incommon?

Halford: We continue to look forproperties in Southern California, although we have been a bit moreactive in Northern California because the economy has been a littlemore robust there. But, we purchased two deals in Orange County anda third under contract in San Diego, so we do continue to activelypursue new investments. Generally, the thing they have most incommon is they all tend to be candidates for significantreposition and/or ground-up development ofcreative office.
