MIDDLETOWN, PA—New Jersey-based Woodmont IndustrialPartners reports it began construction recently on 200Capital Lane, a new 400,000-square-foot warehouse buildinghere.

The 200 Capital Lane building is part of theCapital Logistics Center, a six-building,1.55-million-square-foot industrial complex situated on more than100 acres in Middletown. The complex is located in the heart of theI-81 Distribution Corridor and is less than a mile from HarrisburgInternational Airport. The property is strategically located nearFedEx and UPS facilities, and is also near Routes I-283, I-83 and322.

A joint venture of Woodmont Industrial Partners and AEWCapital Management, L.P. acquired the property in June of2013. AEW acquired the property on behalf of AEW Partners VI, thesixth in the firm's series of opportunistic funds. WoodmontIndustrial Partners is an affiliate of Fairfield, NJ basedWoodmont Properties, a real estate development andmanagement firm established in 1963.
