Completed in 2005, Cranbury Corporate Center is a two-storymedical office building 80% leased to a variety of medicalspecialty groups such as MRI, surgical centers, OBGYN, eye care,rehabilitation, podiatry and general patient care. LabCorp, one of the largest clinical laboratorynetworks in the world and Life Alert are also tenants in thebuilding. The property is situated on 9.7 acres alongCranbury Road close to Route 18 and the New Jersey Turnpike in EastBrunswick, Middlesex County, New Jersey.
