WASHINGTON, DC—Multi-Employer Property Trustand its real estate advisor, Bentall Kennedy, havetapped CBRE as the exclusive leasing agent forPatriots Plaza I, II and III, a981,116-square-foot office complex in Southwest DC. The threebuilding campus is located at 395, 375, and 355 E St. SW.Bill Hill, along with Tim Lenahan, SethBenhard and Mark Klug, will handle theleasing on behalf of MEPT.
It is assumed by many that the complex is fully leased. Multiplegovernment agencies occupy more than 85% of the space. CBRE hopesto tap the private sector to fill the rest.
