PLAYAS de ROSARITO, Mexico—US firm JPX GlobalInc., through its exclusive license with a Mexicancorporation, has received a land use permit for the construction ofa waste processing plant based on thermaloxidation for the purpose of processing hazardous andnon-hazardous waste.

“This land use permit from the Municipality ofRosarito is an important benchmark and allows us to obtainour construction permits and other operating permits. The companycan now progress towards construction and eventual operations,”said the firm's CEO, Jim Foran.

The license is held by Tratamientos AmbientalesScorpion S.A. de C.V.
