HOUSTON—On behalf of San Antonio-based ComCappLLC, CBRE Houston has announced the sale ofWoods of Inverness, a garden-style community inthe northeast part of the city, to an undisclosed buyer.

The property, located at the intersection of Hardy Toll Roll andFM 1960 at 21717 Inverness Blvd., was constructed in 1981 andfeatures 272 one- and two-bedroom units averaging 980 square feet.Currently, it is 93.4 percent occupied.

“The property is on a small, quiet street and has much largerunit sizes than most of the competitive properties in the area,”says Clint Duncan, who represented the seller alongside RyanEpstein.
