BOSTON—Property services company DTZ reportsthat Chris McMahon and Peter Beanhave left Newmark Grubb Knight Frank and havejoined the firm as senior vice president and vice president inbrokerage, respectively.

McMahon is a veteran commercial real estate professional withmore than 19 years of industry experience on both the tenantrepresentation and agency sides of the business. He began hisprofessional career as a residential and commercial appraiser forfive years and later entered commercial brokerage. Most recently,he was senior managing director at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank from2011-2014.

Over the last 19 years, he has represented tenants such as theBoston Architectural College, Securitas (Pinkerton's) and Vinfen,as well as landlords Brookwood Financial, Koda Ventures and TheBoston Wharf Co.
