HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, NJ—The law firmLeanza & Agrapidis PC has renewed its leaseand expanded its presence at Heights Plaza, 777Terrace Ave. in Hasbrouck Heights. The firm will occupy nearly4,000 square feet at the class A office building, owned and managedby Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.
The transaction was negotiated in-house by AlfredSanzari Enterprises. Graham “Chip”Conklin of Savills Studley representedthe tenant.
