KILLINGLY, CT—C&M Technologies has inked alease deal at 349 Lake Road here where it willoccupy nearly 148,000 square feet of space.

The manufacturer of custom cable, coil cords and cableassemblies will relocate operations from 51 South Walnut St. inWauregan, CT to the industrial manufacturing building, according toCassidy Turley, which represented the tenant inthe transaction. C&M will occupy 147,878 square feet at 349Lake Road.
