WASHINGTON, DC—1620 L St., NW, a 164,079-squarefoot office, is trading for $65.2 million, or$397 per square foot, a source tells GlobeSt.com.Bisnow also reported the news yesterday, albeit with slightlydifferent pricing.

John Buck Co. sold the 12-story building, whichis currently 77% occupied, to LaSalle InvestmentManagement. Eastdil Secured brokered thetransaction.

Tenants include Greenstein Delorme Luchs, Corner Alliance andthe Personal Care Products Council. The last time the buildingtraded was in September 2008 for $61 million.
