MIAMI—Prologis Pompano Beach Industrial Park's Center PortDistribution Center is completely full. Economic Electric Motorsjust signed a new 34,000-square-foot lease at the park at 1280Northwest 22nd Street and Shred-It USA inked a 34,806-square-footlease at 1300 NW 22nd Street.
Cushman & Wakefield executive directors,Chris Metzger and Rick Etner,along with senior director Christopher Thomsonrepresented Prologis in the leases. The lease termis 120 months.
"Activity in Northern Broward County has been brisk, awakeningfrom its summer slumber," says Metzger. "Lease up of the remainingPrologis properties in Pompano Beach has resulted in 100% occupancyat the Center Port Distribution Center -- 409,019 square feet in 5buildings -- and most recently Prologis Pompano Industrial Center I-- 68,806 square feet.”
