CHICAGO—Rightsize Facility Performance, anoffice interiors and facilities services firm which helps corporateclients transform or decommission their offices, has just acquiredthe assets of Quality Installation Services, aChicago-based start-up that delivers, installs and decommissionscommercial office furnishings in the Midwest. Several QIS employeeswill join Rightsize including former principal AndrewDale, who will serve as senior account manager, overseeingsales efforts for the firm's services in the greater Indianapolismarket.

This is Rightsize's second major acquisition this year. In Maythe company acquired the assets of Modern Office Interiors,Inc., an independently-owned and family-operated contractoffice furniture dealership based in Naperville, IL. Its latestacquisition expands its ability to handle non-union deliveries andinstallations for regional clients.
