SAN FRANCISCO—Bruce McLellan and JaclynMarshall have joined the San Francisco office ofKidder Mathews, where they will specialize inoffice leasing. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, both were withMcLellan Commercial Real Estate.
Bruce McLellan joins Kidder Mathews as an executive vicepresident, and he has over 30 years experience inoffice properties. During his career, McLellan has completed overone million square feet of tenant leasing assignments and hasrepresented ownership interests in securing tenants for anadditional one million square feet of leased space. Clients he hasrepresented include Norland Properties, IVG InstitutionalFunds, Mercury Interactive, Sharper Image, andJohnson Wax Development.
Joining McLellan is his partner, JaclynMarshall, LEED AP, who has more than seven yearsexperience in commercial real estate and she will be a vicepresident with the firm. Over the past six years, Marshall hascompleted over 150 transactions with a combined value in excess of$60 million. Tenants she has represented includeMunchery, the city of SanFrancisco, and UpSolar.
