DALLAS, TX–Panda Energy, a privately heldcompany, and Panda Power Funds, a private equityfund specializing in the development and acquisition ofenvironmentally friendly power plants, are moving their combinedheadquarters to Providence Towers in NorthDallas.

Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc. led thecompany through the site selection and negotiation process.Robbie Baty, Charlie Beck,Maureen Kelly and Bill McClungrepresented both Panda Energy and Panda Power Funds in thetransaction, which took more than two years to complete. PandaEnergy has occupied offices at 4100 Spring Valley Road in Dallassince 1982; Panda Power Funds has occupied the same space since itsformation in 2010.
