MIAMI GARDENS, FL—As construction continues on the62,000-square-foot shopping center here, the ownership ofPalmetto Gardens Plaza reports it has inked threenew lease deals at the property.

The new leases were signed with national retailersT-Mobile and Cell PhoneRepair and Lee Nails, which has a numberof other locations throughout the state of Florida. Construction onthis portion of the plaza is scheduled to be complete by the 3rdquarter of 2015.

Work is also in progress on a new Walmart NeighborhoodStore location, which will be the anchor for the center.The new 41,000-square-foot store is scheduled to open sometimeduring the fourth quarter of this year.
