REDWOOD CITY, CA—KilroyRealty Corp. recently revealed that BoxInc., a provider of secure cloud contentmanagement services for global businesses, has signed anapproximate 12-year lease for 100% of Crossing/900, the 334,000-square-foot, Korth SunseriHagey-designed two-building office project currently underconstruction in Redwood City, CA, steps away from the city'sCaltrain station. The project also contains approximately 5,000square feet of retail space.

With Crossing/900fully leased, we are now close to 85% leased on our six officeprojects currently under construction, which have a total estimatedinvestment of approximately $1.5 billion.”

Crossing/900 will be a LEED Gold certified development projectthat will feature contemporary design, large open floor plates,elevated terrace and plaza areas, abundant structured parking andup-sized base building features that allow for greater densitiesthat are highly desirable among today's modern workforce. Thecampus is located in Redwood City's downtown urban core, withinwalking distance of retail, dining and entertainment amenities, aswell as more than 1,500 residential units under construction. It isalso conveniently close to the two major freeways serving theregion and San Francisco International Airport.
