SAN CLEMENTE, CA—Meta Housing Corp. hascompleted construction of the $32.4-million Cotton's PointSenior Apartments, a 76-unit,affordable-housing community at 2358 N. ElCamino Real here for seniors aged 62+. The newdevelopment “delivers much-needed affordablehousing to the city of San Clemente,” says KaseyBurke, president of Meta Housing.

“With the support of the City and County, we were able totransform a blighted, abandoned restaurant on an underutilized lotinto a beautiful, amenity-rich community that will significantlyenhance the vitality of the city of San Clemente,” Burke adds.

Cotton's Point features various amenities, including a largecourtyard with two adjacent community rooms that encourageinteraction, as well as a fitness center, tech room, numerousseating areas, a putting green and a barbeque grilling station. Inaddition, residents will have access to a variety of free classesand services including programs that encourage lifelong learning,wellness and creativity.
