AUBURN, Ala–McShane Construction Cos. has beenselected by developer and long-standing client ContinentalProperties Inc. to complete Springs atMemorial in Oklahoma City. The 224-unit luxury apartmentcomplex is being constructed on a 12.5-acre infill parcel at 13331North MacArthur Blvd. McShane broke ground in August with scheduledcompletion slated for third quarter 2015.

The new apartment development will be comprised of 10residential buildings with six of the buildings incorporatingattached parking garages on the ground level. The garden-stylecomplex will offer a balance of unit configurations including 32studios, 80 one-, 92 two- and 20 three-bedroom residences. Eachapartment will feature contemporary fixtures and finishes, such asgranite countertops in the kitchens and bathrooms, modernappliances, and in-unit washers and dryers.
