DALLAS--JLL hasbeen selected by Boston-based Tremont RealtyCapital to lease Abrams Centre at9330 LBJ Freeway. JLL's senior vicepresident Jay Bailey, vicepresident Blake Shipley andassociate Lauren Halstedt will handleall of the leasing and marketing efforts for theproperty.
Abrams Centre is a 15-story 325,750-square-foot Class A officebuilding is the LBJ submarket, where rents currently average $18.91per square foot. However, according to JLL, the submarket isprojected to rebound in 2015 when construction iscompleted.
“Once construction is complete, LBJ will shed its stigma andre-emerge as a viable submarket with positive fundamentals thattenants will find attractive," Bailey said. "Activity is alreadypicking up because it's the main artery for people moving fromCoppell to North Dallas and Rockwall to Las Colinas.”
