PHOENIX–Wentworth Property Company andNorthwood Investors purchased a234,446-square-foot office project at 1665 W. Alameda Dr. Thepartners had the vision to see the unique potential in the propertyand purchased it for $13.83 million with plans to spend $20 to $25million on redeveloping the project. They selected Gensler as thearchitect, Kennedy Design Build, LLC as thegeneral contractor and Cassidy Turley as theleasing agent.

The Cassidy Turley team of executive managing directorsJeff Wentworth and Mike Beall,and vice presidents Sean Spellman andChris Walker represented WPC during the propertypurchase from FNB Fountainhead, LLC.
