CONROE, Tex.--Kopke & Marek Investmentsbroke ground earlier this month on a new multitenant office andwarehouse project north of Houston in Conroe. The project targetsindustrial growth and commercial real estate investment in theNorth Harris and Montgomery County corridor.
“This project has been a high priority for our firm due to thewell documented shortage of available space within the immediate5-10 mile radius of the new ExxonMobil campus,” said JasonKopke, a partner.
Kopke indicated the company has held an option on the propertyfor more than a year.
