FRISCO--Two tenants have signed leases in Hall FinancialGroup's new eight-story, 200,000-square-foot-officebuilding at 3001 Dallas Parkway, in Frisco's Hall OfficePark. Imagine CommunicationsCorp. and The BotsfordGroup have leased a combined total of 30,000 squarefeet of Class AA space in the park's 16th building.

“We are enjoying working with our new tenants as they getsettled into the new building,” said Mark Depker,president of Hall Financial Group's management division. “3001Dallas Parkway is definitely unique – especially for thissubmarket. The interior finishes and lighting were specificallydesigned to showcase the artwork and architectural detailing, andon the outside the zinc panels incorporated with thefloor-to-ceiling glass will turn a gray-blue patina color overtime."

Imagine has signed afull-floor lease totaling 24,896 square feet for its corporateheadquarters location, and is moving into the entire third floor.Imagine is a media software and video infrastructure solutionscompany serving more than 3,000 broadcast, multichannel videoprogramming distributors, and government and enterprise customersspanning 185 countries.
