FRISCO–Two tenants have signed leases in Hall Financial Group’s new eight-story, 200,000-square-foot-office building at 3001 Dallas Parkway, in Frisco’s Hall Office Park. Imagine Communications Corp. and The Botsford Group have leased a combined total of 30,000 square feet of Class AA space in the park’s 16th building. 

“We are enjoying working with our new tenants as they get settled into the new building,” said Mark Depker, president of Hall Financial Group’s management division. “3001 Dallas Parkway is definitely unique – especially for this submarket. The interior finishes and lighting were specifically designed to showcase the artwork and architectural detailing, and on the outside the zinc panels incorporated with the floor-to-ceiling glass will turn a gray-blue patina color over time.”
