PHOENIX—Xceligent, Inc.announces that David Verwer and AndyWeflen have joined the Xceligent team in the Phoenix andLas Vegas regions.

Verwer will serve as a senior director ofclient services for the Arizona market. Verwer began his CRE careerin 1996 in Northern California, and moved to the Phoenix in 2004.He was 2008 Central Arizona CCIM chapter past president, and 2010chair of legislative affairs for CCIM National. He is also aScottsdale leadership class XX graduate and currently serves on theCentral Arizona CCIM 2015 board of directors.
