POMPANO BEACH, FL—The Harvest Breeze Apartments community here has been sold to a Boca Raton-based private investor for $1.35 million.

The sales deal for the 14-unit community equates to $96,429 per unit, according to Marcus & Millichap. Brandon J Rex, a vice president investments and Evan P. Kristol, a senior vice president of investments, in Marcus & Millichap's Fort Lauderdale office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company from Delray Beach, FL. The buyer was secured and represented by Felipe J. Echarte, a vice president investments, in Marcus & Millichap's Fort Lauderdale office.

Harvest Breeze Apartments is a two-story building comprised of 12 one-bedroom/one-bathroom units and two two-bedroom/two-bathroom units and is located adjacent to South Ocean Boulevard and SE 12th Street and south of Atlantic Boulevard.

“Harvest Breeze Apartments offered the rare opportunity to acquire an extremely well-located apartment building east of the Intracoastal and close to the beach,” Rex says. “Tenants benefit from the tranquil, residential setting surrounding the building, made up mostly of condominiums, and single-family homes, and its close proximity to Atlantic Boulevard, which is lined with retail and dining from the beach all the way to Interstate 95.”
