Miller Construction is building the218,000-square-foot industrial complex at8301-8303 Northwest 27th Street that is designed to driveefficiency for international trade operations. The two reinforcedconcrete and tilt wall buildings will have 30-foot ceilings,54-by-50-foot column spacing and T-5 lighting for motionsensors.

“With the PortMiami Tunnel completed and the Deep Dredge projectpositioning Port of Miami to accommodate post-Panamax ships, we'reseeing strong demand for fast-track construction of new industrialproduct serving mid-sized and large-space users,” saysBrian Sudduth, senior vice president at Miller.The 110,600-square-foot building A and 107,400-square-foot buildingB are set for completion in the fourth quarter of 2014. Thestructures will wrap around a secure 180-foot truck court for easymaneuverability.
