TRACY, CA—DCT Industrial Trust Inc., a leadingindustrial real estate company, has acquired a 750,000square foot bulk distribution building located in theCentral Valley. The modern, class A facility is 100%leased on a long-term basis to a strong-credit tenant andis centrally located with access to Interstate 5 and Highways 580and 205, in Tracy.
