TRACY, CA—DCT Industrial Trust Inc., a leading industrial real estate company, has acquired a 750,000 square foot bulk distribution building located in the Central Valley. The modern, class A facility is 100% leased on a long-term basis to a strong-credit tenant and is centrally located with access to Interstate 5 and Highways 580 and 205, in Tracy.
