DALLAS--Dallas-based developer HarwoodInternational has reached a lease agreement with KansasCity-based law firm Polsinelli, which will moveits offices from one Harwood property, Saint AnnCourt, to another this spring: FrostTower.

The lease was represented by Jihane A. Bouryand David O. Roehm of Harwood. TomTunnicliff and Scott Shelbourne ofCushman and Wakefield Chicago, Mike Wyatt,Bill McClung and Robbie Baty ofCushman and Wakefield Dallas, and Jeff Schwarz ofPolsinelli.

“Our District is known for having the highest standard of careand exceptional amenities,” said Boury, vice president/ director ofleasing at Harwood, told GlobeSt.com. “Polsinelli wanted to stay inour district and we were able to accommodate their growth andincrease their brand visibility with a brand new space and buildingsignage.”
