MOONACHIE,NJ—CBRE is now theexclusive leasing agent for Tri State CommerceCenter, formerly One Lladro Drive, a216,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution center in theMeadowlands submarket. Principal Real EstateInvestors recently acquired the Moonachie, NJ, property,and is working with CBRE to rebrand and repositionthe asset.
Cassidy Turley's team of AndrewHouston and Graham Stephens, withJosé Puig of Aguirre Newman,represented Lladro USA, a subsidiary ofparent company Valencia-based fine porcelain collectible creators,Lladro, the property seller.
