NEW PORT RICHEY, FL—The Pasco Square ShoppingCenter has been sold by Phillips Edison andCo. to Isram Acquisition Corp. The135,421-square-foot shopping center was 90% leased at the time ofthe sale.

The deal was announced by Plaza Advisors. Nofinancial terms of the transaction were released. JimMichalak, Mike Cvetetic and NickCastellano of Plaza Advisors represented the seller in thetransaction. No other brokers were involved in the sale.

Major tenants at the property include Beall's Outlet, DollarGeneral Market, Badcock Home Furnishings and Dollar Tree. Othernotable tenants include: GNC, Radio Shack, The UPS Store andSubway.
