RESTON, VA—Boston Properties has reportedlysold its Patriots Park office complex here to anaffiliate of South Korea's Hyundai Group forapproximately $321 million.
The Patriots Park complex, which totals 705,000 square feet, ishome to the Office of the Director of NationalIntelligence, according to the Washington BusinessJournal.
The sales deal with the Hyundai Group affiliate was inked afterBoston Properties secured a more than 180,000-square-foot leasedeal with the Office of the Director of National Intelligencethrough the General Services Administration.
