The purchase price wasnot disclosed.

GlobeSt.com was unable to reach John Hancock before deadline todiscuss the seller's identity or the purchase price, but theproperty is listed and shown on LBA Realty'swebsite. We will update this story as more information becomesavailable.

Oracle Tower, constructed in 1985, is a LEED Gold-certifiedbuilding that was renovated in 2000 and 2010, modernizing theinterior, building systems and exterior public spaces. Its locationat Von Karman Ave. and Main St. here is adjacent to the 405 freewayand within the 3-million-square-foot Irvine Concourse, offeringaccess to an array of amenities.
