DENVER—Lee & Associates has opened anoffice in Denver. The office, which is the firm's 51stoffice, will be located at 1610 Wynkoop St., Suite450, and will be headed by real estate veteranJohn R. Bitzer as managing broker. JRBitzer and Ron Webert, both principals,will comprise the primary team.

John Bitzer has more than 30 years of commercial realestate experience and founded one of Denver's premierbrokerage firms, Bitzer Real Estate Partners, in1995. Before that, he had spent 17 years with Denver's regionalfirm Fuller and Co., now CassidyTurley, where he served as a principal, director andmanaging broker.

JR Bitzer, who has been with BREP since 1999, is anoffice specialist whose primary focus is tenantrepresentation. He has experience with both local and nationalclients, with special attention paid to helping companies plan andexecute real estate strategies specifically designed to meet boththeir operational and financial objectives as well as improve theefficiency and quality of their workspace.
