MOORESTOWN, NJ—Mack-Cali leased about 40,000square feet at its office and office/flex commercial real estateproperties in Southern New Jersey during the third quarter.
Highlights of the third quarter transactions include:
- EVO Merchant Services, LLC, a payments serviceprovider, renewed its lease for 19,200 square feet at 102Commerce Drive in Moorestown, NJ. Located inMoorestown West Corporate Center, the38,400-square-foot office/flex building is 100 percent leased.Jason Jones and Jim Bob Taylor ofCresa Atlanta represented the tenant.
- Tricomm Services Corporation, an IT technologyservice provider, is relocating within the building to 12,000square feet at 1247 North Church Street, also inMoorestown. The transaction represents an expansion of 7,200 squarefeet and an extension of 4,800 square feet. Also located inMoorestown West Corporate Center, the52,790-square-foot office/flex building is 86.7 percentleased.
- SCSK, a subsidiary of Sumisho ComputerSystems Corporation, a Japanese IT services company,signed a new 9,600-square-foot lease at 3 TerriLane in Burlington Township, NJ. Located inBromley Commons, the 64,500-square-footoffice/flex building is 100 percent leased.
