SECAUCUS, NJ—River DriveConstruction has finished renovating online luxuryconsigner The RealReal's 128,884 square-footcorporate headquarters in Secaucus.
To help the company accommodate its rapid growth, including theneed for more administrative office space and enhanced logisticscapabilities, River Drive demolished andreconfigured interior walls and built-out TheRealReal's office suite. The company also installed newlighting and finishes throughout the headquarters'119,984-square-foot first floor and its 8,900-square-footsecond-floor mezzanine.
The renovations enable The RealReal to managemore efficiently the processing of items for sale, and the securestorage of all inventory.
