FORT WORTH–Hillwood Properties has finalized afranchise agreement with Marriott International todevelop a new Courtyard by Marriott hotel atAlliance Town Center. To be located at thenortheast corner of Interstate 35W and Heritage Trace Parkway, the127-room property will be the first hotel at the complex; there areplans for an additional, adjacent hotel under way.

The project was scheduled to break ground last week, marking thelaunch of Hillwood's strategic initiative to provide high-qualityhospitality offerings in the heart ofAllianceTexas. The new hotelwill provide guests with the opportunity toenjoy Alliance Town Center's numerous retail, restaurant andentertainment amenities, while also serving as a hotel option forbusiness and leisure travelers alike.
