SAN FRANCISCO—SRS Real Estate Partners hashired Michael Federle, to lead its SanFrancisco-based Investment Services Group. Federlejoins as senior vice president of the new team, which will betasked with representing institutions, developers, andhigh-net-worth individuals in the sale, acquisition, and financingof quality real estate assets.
Federle has been an investment sales expert and industry leader inCalifornia and Nevada for more than 30 years. Heis well-known for his ability to re-vision and model investmentproperties to improve their overall function and value, and hasextensive relationships with regional and national capitalresources and an impressive track record with comparableproperties. Federle has completed more than 150 investmenttransactions encompassing more than $2.5billion of retail and mixed-use assets totalingapproximately 16 million square feet of retailproperty. Prior to joining SRS, Federle enjoyed a 25-year career atGrubb & Ellis, where he was recognized as atop producer regionally and nationally every year he was with thecompany.
