The Richardson property, located at 300 South Plano Roadnear the southwest corner of S. Plano and E. Belt Line roads,accounts for 74,091 square feet of retail space. The76,316-square-foot Waco building is located at 5050 W. Waco Drive.Currently, Burlington Coat Factoryoccupies both properties.
