LOS ANGELES—More than 100 net-lease industry executives joined GlobeSt.com, the RealShare Conference Series and host W. P. Carey at the ACE Hotel Rooftop Lounge here for an evening of networking, food and drinks the night before RealShare Net Lease West this week. Attendees from all over the country mingled, ate and drank poolside on the rooftop, which overlooks Downtown Los Angeles.
