SAN FRANCISCO—Virtu Investments has soldStation House, a 25-unit apartmentcomplex at 6 Mint Plaza, for $21.5million. Both the seller, and buyer,Veritas Investments, reside in San Francisco.

Jordan Moss, Michael Thomas and TobyCostello of CBRE Capital Markets' SanFrancisco multifamily team represented both parties in thetransaction.

“We received strong interest with five offers, but Veritas waswilling to stretch to put forth a highly creative and competitivebid,” said Thomas, vice president, multifamily, CBRE. “With theireconomies of scale, and the apartments mapped as condominiums, theyhave good operating efficiencies and a unique exit strategy.”
