EATONTOWN, NJ—Nordstrom Rackwill be occupying 35,500 square feet in The Crossroads atEatontown, 231 Highway 35, Eatontown, NJ,with an opening scheduled for fall 2015.

The Crossroads at Eatontown, a renovatedcenter, is conveniently located across from the main entrance ofthe Monmouth Mall. The NordstromRack store will be situated on the corner of Highway 35and Highway 36 with easy access from Exit 105 on the Garden StateParkway and Exit 13B on Route 18. The center consists of105,735 square feet. Other tenants at the center includeMacy's Furniture and FortunoffBackyard. Helena Loelius, seniorvice president and Trista Ricciardelli ofSitar Realty Company-TCN Worldwide are LGRAssociates' leasing representatives at the Eatontownlocation.
